One account per person: Each Player is entitled to maintain exactly one Account on the Platform at any time. If bada77 detects that a Player holds multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, addresses, or payment methods are used — bada77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain all balances pending AML review, and permanently ban the Player from re-registering.

All Players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

bada77 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name that match their verified identity. Third-party deposits — funds originating from bank accounts, e-wallets, or cards held in any name other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating source where technically possible, or held pending investigation.
Accepted deposit methods and minimum amounts:
No deposit fees: bada77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely the Player's responsibility. bada77 will not reimburse third-party transaction fees under any circumstances.
Deposit purpose: Deposits must be made exclusively for the purpose of funding gaming activity on the Platform. Use of the bada77 deposit system as a money transfer mechanism — depositing funds without genuine intent to wager — constitutes a prohibited activity and grounds for account suspension and AML reporting.
Currency: All deposits are credited to Player Accounts in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). bada77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any cross-currency conversion charges imposed by the Player's bank are entirely the Player's responsibility.
Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money Balance (excluding any active Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

Processing times: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1- 6 hours for verified accounts in good standing during WIB business hours (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday). Larger amounts (above Rp 50,000,000) may require additional security review and extend processing to 12-24 hours. bada77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times and is not liable for delays caused by the Player's receiving bank's internal processing schedules.
Withdrawal verification: bada77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where the amount is unusually large, the account activity pattern is atypical, or automated risk systems flag the transaction. Players must cooperate with such requests within 48 hours or the withdrawal request may be cancelled and returned to the Account Balance pending further review.
No withdrawal fees: bada77 does not charge fees for processing withdrawals. Receiving bank charges, if any, are the Player's sole responsibility.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, bada77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit bada77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by bada77 to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful.
bada77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for reasons of Player fraud or Terms violation, bada77 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, both real-money and bonus, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination occurs for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory directive or voluntary closure), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method after completion of any pending AML review, typically within 10-15 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks. bada77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter Player rights or obligations — bada77 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to the Player's Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, no fewer than 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning, or updates reflecting changes in game availability) may be implemented without advance notice and will be effective upon publication on the Platform.
